Stirling Wedding Designs will assist you in planning and organizing any and all aspects of the wedding ceremony, reception and travel plans. We will assist you in obtaining the proper legal documents that is necessary in the destination country. We will coordinate with all the vendors at your destination to ensure that the flowers, DJ, cake or any other service you have hired has a clear understanding of how you envision your wedding day and we will provide a ‘Day of Wedding’ itinerary to each of them.

Partial Wedding Planner Service

Stirling Wedding Designs offers a service where you will receive 10 hours of our expertise, experience and knowledge in order to plan your wedding.  This may involve visiting vendors, giving guidance on invitation styles, colour choices or flower selection and styles.

In addition, we will provide “Day of Service” where we will manage and follow through with all the details, planning and schedules you have worked so very hard to put together.  Stirling Wedding Designs has a caring, dedicated and detail oriented team of professionals that are committed to go above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are met.  We will attend the rehearsal in order to ensure everyone’s comfort level regarding the details and co-ordination of the ceremony as this will lead to a relaxed wedding day for you both.
